Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DGD OPCO LLC (“DGD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information from visitors (“you”) to deimar.co/blog (the “Blog”).

1. Who we are

DGD OPCO LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive #25911, Austin, TX 78731. You can reach us at contact@deimar.co.

2. Information we collect

The Blog is intentionally minimal in its data collection. We collect:

• Aggregate, anonymous analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This includes page-view counts, referrer URLs, browser type, country-level location, and time on page. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not use device fingerprinting. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected through analytics.
• Hosting logs. The Blog is served from GitHub Pages and Cloudflare. These services may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention. We do not access these logs for marketing or profiling purposes.
• Email address if you voluntarily subscribe to the Blog’s newsletter. Subscription is opt-in. We use your email solely to send the newsletter you subscribed to.
• Email address and message content if you contact us directly. We use this to respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, location data beyond country, or any sensitive personal data through the Blog.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Blog does not set first-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar profiling tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information collected above to:

• Understand which posts are read and improve the Blog’s content and structure;
• Maintain Blog security and prevent abuse;
• Send the newsletter to subscribers and respond to direct inquiries;
• Comply with applicable law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Blog:

• Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, Web Analytics) — see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages (hosting) — see GitHub’s privacy statement.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
• Object to or restrict our processing of your personal information;
• Withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time);
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California).

7. Data retention

Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Direct contact emails are retained for up to 24 months unless an active engagement requires longer retention. Aggregate analytics data is retained by Cloudflare per their stated retention periods.

8. International transfers

If you access the Blog from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Blog, you consent to this transfer.

9. Children

The Blog is intended for adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Blog or by email to newsletter subscribers.
